Ashutosh Srivastava is a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in electrical engineering at New York University. His research interests include low-latency TCP congestion control and distributed resource allocation in device-to-device wireless communications. He received his Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 2019.
